Facilities at the International Media Center
Accredited press, written/radio, photographers, and television staff will find all the work facilities they need for media coverage in the International Media Center (IMC).
It will be located next to the Lima Convention Center, where the APEC meetings will take place.

General Services
- 01 media work room for 350 people (work tables, Wi-Fi, CCTV, digital signage, 220v power outlets)
- 02 sets of interviews with lighting for television
- 06 spaces for 4×4 meter television sets (parking space for OBVAN and wiring route)
- 01 media recording center (press room, 10 outputs, audio floor)
- Digital signage throughout the IMC
- Closed circuit TV throughout the IMC
- 06 Stand up positions in the media work room
- 10 Stand up positions on the IMC façade
- 20 booths for APEC economies (6 x 4 meters) with capacity for 10 people. Includes walls, door, table, chairs, 220v power, Wi-Fi
- Practical for cameras in the media conference rooms (press box) and official photo
- Basic lighting for TV in the media conference rooms, official photo and interview set.
Special Services
- Design of work booths, power, connectivity with the Master Control and exclusive Stand up positions may be requested through a service rate card that will be implemented for leaders’ week coverage.
Booth Booking
- If interested in reserving booths please send a detailed request to os00007732023a2416@rree.gob.pe until Friday, August 30, 2024. After this date, orders will be evaluated and subject to additional charges.
